Locks/Exterior Doors Report any issues with locks or doors in common areas to the Management Office promptly. Avoid attempting repairs yourself and refrain from propping doors open.
Pest Control If you have any pest concerns, please contact our management office. Our trusted pest control team, Elite Pest Control, visits the property once a week to address any pest-related issues. Please do not self-treat, as this can complicate the situation and make it more difficult to effectively address pest concerns throughout the community.
Drain Issues For clogged drains, tenants should contact their landlord. Unit owners should call Rooter Man at 508-877-8344. Rooter Man will invoice Natick Village Condominium for common area issues.
